There is more than enough doom and gloom in the news, on social media and in predictions for the coming year. What if we could start the new year on a high note?
What great stuff happened to you this past year? Or since your last birthday? In early December on the day before my birthday I made a list of all the awesome stuff that happened to me and my business in my 65th year. It was a fun exercise.
Here are my highlights from 65: teaching Wild Women at Sea on a schooner with 207 Creatives; two shows at the Ice House Gallery in Tatamagouche; launching my Creating Space community; joining Art1274 Hollis Gallery; working with Landing Strong and Adsum for Women; launching new products including Chakra Colour Pins and Chakra Notecards; and a very special email from someone I admire!

Try listing (or sketching) all the good things that happened to you this year. Look it over and observe how that made you feel.
When we focus on the positive (especially when we find concrete examples) it can have a spillover effect. For me, what I thought was a pretty good year turned out to be a fabulous year. It left me feeling grateful, abundant and looking forward to this coming year.

How can I help?
