Whether it’s because it’s halfway through the summer, or there have been too many heavy things happening in your community, or you just need a break, this blog post is dedicated to the play Midsummer Night’s Dream. It’s a time to be silly, playful and fanciful. Time to bust out your wildest dreams with a prompt. Feel free to write or sketch or make a piece of art in response to this prompt.
Here’s the prompt:
In your wildest dream, can you imagine ‘busting out’ of the everyday, even for a short moment? How would you feel? What would you do? Describe the body sensations. Can you create a piece of art around your wildest dream? Have fun with this in whatever way works for you.
In our Creating Space Monthly Live Session recently we took the time to respond to this prompt and to share our wildest dreams. Some participants shared what they would do, others shared how their wildest dream would feel, and others mentioned how just thinking about ‘busting out’ made them feel. It was a lot of fun.
I’d love to hear your ‘busting out’ dreams. Feel free to get in touch.

How can I help you?
